Bath hotels for all budgets

Overall opinion. People who stayed here have almost invariably given very high ratings to this hotel. Some typical guests' reviews:
"Arriving by car, the parking is good. Directions given were excellent. Accommodation was spotless, We were made to feel very welcome and the breakfasts were as much as you want them to be. It is closer to the town than we thought, walked in often, took 35 minutes, pleasant walk on the flat. Buses every 10 minutes if you wish. You won't be disappointed. Like Home from Home."
"The hotel was exactly as described. The owners were very friendly and helpful, taking time to speak to all the guests and ensure that everything was to standard. They gave us information about booking a taxi and, when it was late, offered to take us to the wedding we were going to in their own car! They were able to give us information about where to go for an excellent meal within walking distance. I would recommend the accomodation to friends and family with no hesitation. Good points: good location, friendly owners and staff. Not so good points: none."
"Maybe, but only maybe, it would have been useful to know what distance it was from the city centre, although it wasn't very far, and in fact we walked it back quite easily one evening. Good points: It was very comfortable, and there were some very individual features. It didn't feel like 'chain' accommodation (and it wasn't). The welcome and general service were truly excellent. I would not hesitate to visit again, or to recommend it to others. Not so good points: None."

"A very friendly, spotless, peaceful, comfortable, family run hotel. The breakfasts were the best we have ever had with everything available and plenty of it. A bit of a walk into town but there were plenty of buses which you could catch from just outside the hotel. Overall a great place to stay and would recommend."

"Overall the hotel was everything it was advised, but what made our stay was the excellent welcome we were given and the hosts made every effort to accomodate us. The personal touch made it a very special weekend and we were made to feel at home. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The location was also ideal for visiting Bath as it was very close to a park and ride. This made getting into Bath very easy and enabled us to leave the car parked up for the weekend. It may be worth mentioning this in the details given on your web site. Good points: The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome and at home.
